PRANA

Chef Stéphane Hardy learned his trade @ Paul Bocuse Institute in Lyon and then continued his education, travels and work in Paris, Milan, New Orleans and Cape Town where he brought back his taste for Innovation and customised cooking.
With his colorful personality and a wide range of rich experience, he is now the founder and creator of Prana Kitchen and catering.
